  • What are the Shipping times
    All lightsabers are built to order, usually taking 4-10 working days. We then ship out with 1-2 day delivery. For international orders. We ship out within 3-7 days and express delivery.
  • Are you UK Based?
    Absolutely! We are based in the beautiful city of Lincoln, Lincolnshire. We dispatch all UK orders from this location!! For international orders, we dispatch from one of our many distrobution shops based in multiple different countries to ensure fast delivery!
  • Are you lightsabers combat-ready?
    Yup! All our lightsabers are combat-ready and are often used at lightsaber combat schools and events. We recommend our RGB and RGB + Range for Medium to heavy combat and our Neopixel for Light to medium combat. However, if you would like to have a Neopixel with all the benefits of our heavy combat RGB, you can purchase an "RGB to Neopixel Converter" on our Accessories page along with an RGB blade. You can attach this to your Neopixel lightsaber and turn it into a Heavy combat RGB lightsaber
  • Do you offer wholesale?
    Absolutely. We have supplied Lightsabers to many shops in the UK, Canada, USA and EU. Contact our wholesale department at Jedi@jedimastersabers.co.uk
  • My lightsaber has issues or my blade isn't working
    Although issues with our lightsabers are rare, they are usually easily resolvable Please follow the guides below: My Neopixel blade only lightsaber up at the bottom, or not at all? 1. Wake the lightsaber up ( but not fully on so that the blade turns on ) 2. Press and hold the power button for 13 seconds or until you receive a voice Notice turning RGB off. The lightsaber may have been in RGB mode instead if Neopixel My Neopixel blade doesn't light up, but it only flashes when I press the power button. Please check the user guide for blade effects. You may have turned on one of the effects, such as "Ghost blade" or "Phase ignition".
  • I need a link to download the app for bluetooth
    You can download our app here: IOS: https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/xeno-configurator/id1658316937 Android: https://play.google.com/store/search?q=xeno+configurator&c=apps To connect, please wake your lightsaber up. To do this, press and hold the power button until the lightsaber tells you it's on ( awake mode is when the lightsaber is on, but the blade is off ). You can then follow the app's instructions.
