    Absolutely! All our lightsabers are combat-ready and are often used at lightsaber combat schools and events. We recommend the following based on combat intensity: RGB and RGB+ Range: Ideal for medium to heavy combat scenarios. Neopixel: Best suited for light to medium combat. If you would like the benefits of heavy combat RGB for your Neopixel lightsaber, you can enhance it by purchasing an “RGB to Neopixel Converter” available on our Accessories page. Simply pair it with an RGB blade, attach it to your Neopixel lightsaber, and transform i into a heavy combat RGB lightsaber.

    You can conveniently download the Bluetooth app to enhance your lightsaber experience. Follow the links below based on your device’s operating system: iOS: Download Here Android: Download Here To establish a connection, ensure your lightsaber is awake. To wake it up, press and hold the power button until the lightsaber signals it’s on. Awake mode is when the lightsaber is on, but the blade is off.   • When will I receive my order?
    All lightsabers are built to order, typically requiring 4-10 working days for production. Once completed, we dispatch local orders with 1–2-day delivery. For international orders, we use express delivery and ship within 3-7 days.
  • How much is the shipping fee?
    Enjoy free delivery on orders over £70. Orders below £70 are subject to a £4.95 delivery charge.

  • What is the warranty period for your products?
    Our full saber electronic kit and hilt products carry a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of receipt.
  • What does the warranty cover?
    This warranty covers defects found in original workmanship and original materials only, and does not extend to modified products of any kind. The warranty does not apply to software for electronics; modifying software or firmware may alter the operation of your hardware. and issues caused by software changes (such as product becoming unresponsive, lag, sound issues, blown speakers from increased volume beyond safe levels) are not covered by this warranty, but will not void your warranty against other manufacturing defects. Products where damage and wear are expected, such as blades and batteries, may be exempt from warranty, solely at the discretion of the seller. Software, and exempt parts will only be considered at the discretion of the seller on a case by case basis, taking into account time frames from purchase and scope of use.

  • How can I return my order?
    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.   • Do you offer refunds?
    Yes, we offer refunds. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
  • Can I cancel my order once I place it?
    We can only cancel orders if notified within 24 hours of the initial purchase. After this time has passed, cancellations may be possible at our discretion, but may incur a restocking charge of 15%.
